Related Patent News Invivodata And PHT Settle Patent Lawsuits
PITTSBURGH and CHARLESTOWN, Mass. — invivodata, inc. and PHT Corporation, leading providers of electronic patient reported outcome (ePRO) solutions used in clinical research, announced that a settlement has been reached in PHT’s patent infringement lawsuit against invivodata filed on Jan. 28, 2004. Although the terms of the settlement remain confidential, PHT has granted invivodata a fully paid-up worldwide license for its patents. Today’s agreement also settles the patent infringement lawsuit that invivodata filed against PHT on June 21, 2005 , and provides PHT with a fully paid-up worldwide license for invivodata’s patent.
